What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid CNIC (National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani Driver's License, and a phone number for verification. For premium vehicles (Fortuner, Prado), we also require a security deposit which is fully refundable upon return.
How do I pay? Which methods are accepted?
We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Visa, Mastercard (debit and credit), and Cash on Delivery (Pay at Pickup). All online payments are processed securely via Paymob. COD requires full payment at the pickup point before keys are handed over.
Can I cancel my booking? Is there a fee?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% fee. No-shows are charged the full first-day rate. You can cancel anytime from the My Bookings page.
Do you offer a driver with the car?
Yes — you can add a professional driver during booking by toggling "Driver Required" in the booking form. Driver charges vary by vehicle and duration and will be shown on your booking summary before payment.
Which cities do you operate in?
We currently operate in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar. Inter-city delivery is available on request for an additional fee — contact us via WhatsApp for arrangements.
What happens if the car breaks down?
All DRIVR.PK vehicles are comprehensively insured and maintained. In the event of a breakdown, call our 24/7 helpline or WhatsApp immediately. We will arrange a replacement vehicle or roadside assistance within 2 hours at no extra charge to you.
Can I extend my rental while the car is with me?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp at least 6 hours before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and will be billed at the same daily rate. You'll receive a new confirmation email with the updated return date.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental is 4 hours for hourly bookings and 1 full day for daily bookings. Multi-day bookings of 7+ days receive a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout.
