DRIVR.PK is a rent-a-car booking platform operated by Shakir Builders & Developers, based at Latifabad No.8, Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. We can be reached at bookings@drivr.pk or via WhatsApp at +92 330 6118752.
When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:
- Full name, email address, and phone number
- CNIC / National ID number and driver's license number
- Date of birth and home address
- Emergency contact details
- Pickup city, dates, and vehicle preferences
- Payment method (we do not store card numbers)
- IP address and browser information (for fraud prevention)
We also collect cookies and usage data when you browse our website to improve your experience.
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Processing and confirming your booking
- Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and invoices via email
- Contacting you via WhatsApp for pickup coordination
- Verifying your identity and driver's license at pickup
- Fraud prevention and security
- Improving our service and website
- Legal compliance under Pakistani law
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Online payments are processed securely through Safepay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. DRIVR.PK never receives, stores, or has access to your full card details. All payment data is handled directly by Safepay under their own privacy policy.
We only share your information with:
- Car owners/operators — your name, phone, and pickup details are shared with the vehicle operator to coordinate your rental
- Safepay — for payment processing
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, who stores data on secure servers
- Law enforcement — if required by Pakistani law or court order
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain your booking data for a minimum of 3 years for legal and financial compliance. Email logs are retained for 1 year. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
Our website uses essential cookies for session management and affiliate tracking (30-day referral cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with ad networks. By using drivr.pk, you consent to our use of essential cookies.
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
