All refunds apply to the deposit paid online. The remaining balance (paid at pickup for COD bookings) is never charged if you cancel before pickup.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. No questions asked.
Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund of the deposit. The remaining 50% is retained as a late cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup are non-refundable. The vehicle has been prepared and the time slot cannot be recovered.
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup time and location without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show. No refund is issued.

Always include your booking reference number (e.g. DRV-2026-XXXX) when cancelling. The cancellation timestamp is recorded at the time we receive your request, not when you send it.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method:
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days to your card
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: 1–3 business days to your mobile account
- COD bookings: No deposit was charged, so no refund is applicable
Refunds are processed via Safepay's reversal system. DRIVR.PK does not control bank processing times once the refund is initiated.
If DRIVR.PK cancels your booking for any reason (vehicle unavailability, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full 100% refund of all amounts paid, processed within 2 business days. We will notify you immediately via WhatsApp and email.
If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed return date, no partial refund is issued for unused days. The full booking amount remains charged. We recommend booking only the days you need.
DRIVR.PK does not charge a security deposit at the time of booking. However, any damage to the vehicle during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter and will be assessed at the time of return. Damage charges are separate from booking refunds.
The same cancellation timeline applies to package bookings (HYD → KHI, Airport Transfer, Wedding Car, City Day Out). For wedding bookings, cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable due to vehicle reservation commitments.
If you believe a refund was incorrectly processed or denied, contact us at bookings@drivr.pk with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
If unresolved, payment disputes may be raised directly with Safepay or your bank/mobile money provider.
